"A Band Landing Forty Years Late!"
TIMSON
AOR duo Timson release their stunning debut album 'Forever's Not Enough' on 12th January 2024. An album which has amazingly been almost forty years in the making!
After playing Guitar for almost 50 years Mark Timson thought it was time to create something he had wanted to do in the 1980s - Make his own album! Having decided to update two of his 1980s songs, he began writing the rest of the album to reflect his love of AOR and melodic rock form that era.
Being able to work with musicians from anywhere in the world, Mark discovered an amazing vocalist from Chile in the form of Lukky S. Not only did Lukky have the perfect voice for Mark's vision, he was also a truly gifted guitarist.
With Lukky now the vocalist, lyricist and lead guitarist, the forty-year vision had come to fruition. Eleven months later, after final mixing and mastering in Italy by Dorian Falconeri of Metal Kyrpt Studio, the debut album by Timson, 'Forever’s Not Enough’ was complete.
Melodic Riffs, Soaring Guitar Solos, Classic Keyboards and Plenty of Memorable Hooks
“Lyrically, the album takes you on a soul-searching journey and explores the many aspects and stages of love, from the searching for, to the realisation that you will never have enough time to enjoy and experience true love when you finally find it. Also life's great journey, brings us periods of loneliness and self-doubt and we have to dig deep to embrace that true spirit of never giving up, trust in Lady Luck and do our best to live life to the full.”
What Are They Saying About Timson?
“Just imagine all the things you love and have missed in Melodic Rock … as it’s all here, all fused in one glorious package. Luscious keyboards, soaring guitars, pulsing bass guitars, passionate vocals delivered with real emotion, what more could you want?”
